Fakultas Teknobiologi Universitas Surabaya membuka lowongan untuk posisi dosen tetap bidang teknologi pangan/ teknologi hasil pertanian/ nutrisi dan gizi dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
1. Warga Negara Indonesia.
2. Usia maksimum 30 tahun (bergelar S2) dan maksimal 40 tahun (bergelar S3).
3. Pendidikan Minimal S2 dari PT dalam/luar negeri yang bereputasi.
4. IPK S1 dan S2 minimal 3,5 pada skala 0-4.
5. Bersedia bekerja penuh waktu (full time).
6. Menguasa Bahasa Inggris yang dibuktikan dengan nilai sertifikat TOEFL (minimal 525) atau IELTS (minimal 6).
7. Memiliki pengalaman riset/pengajaran/asistensi yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikat atau surat keterangan dari lembaga terkait.

[Vacancy] Clinical Research Associate - Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities
Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and good clinical practice.
Provide monitoring visits and site management for a variety of protocols, sites and therapeutic areas.
Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues.
Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. Escalate quality issues to Clinical Team Lead (CTL) and/or line manager.
Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, case report form (CRF) completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution.
Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings and action plans by submitting regular visit reports and other required study documentation.
Act as a mentor for clinical staff including conducting co-monitoring and training visits.
May provide assistance to the CTL with design of study tools, documents and processes.
Qualifications

Requirements:
Degree in Science, with a major in Pharmacy, Biological / Life Sciences or Nursing from a recognised tertiary institution.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical / CRO industry
Good knowledge of drug development process, clinical trial monitoring procedures, GCP guidelines and medical terminology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective organizational, verabla/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to travel when required.

C. Ketentuan Pendaftaran

1. Penerimaan Surat Lamaran

a. Pendaftaran dibuka mulai tanggal 1 s.d. 24 Oktober 2009 (cap pos)

b. Panitia tidak menerima surat lamaran yang diantar langsung

c. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh pelamar, dengan dilampiri Formulir I sesuai contoh dalam pengumuman website BSN.

d. Dalam surat lamaran harus menyebutkan jabatan yang akan dilamar

g. Foto kopi Nilai TOEFL yang masih berlaku

h. Surat Pernyataan bersedia membayar ganti rugi yang dibubuhi tandatangan di atas materai Rp.6000 sesuai contoh Formulir II.

3. Surat lamaran dan formulir beserta lampiran disusun rapi dan disatukan dengan penjepit sesuai urutan ketentuan butir 2 dalam map:

- warna biru untuk Sarjana S1

- warna kuning untuk Diploma III

dimasukkan ke dalam amplop warna coklat ukuran folio dan diberi tulisan “Berkas Lamaran CPNS BSN Tahun 2009″. Dengan menyebutkan lowongan jabatan yang diminati pada sudut kiri amplop lamaran.

D. Tahapan dan jadwal seleksi
Seleksi dilakukan secara bertahap dengan sistem gugur sebagai berikut:

a. Seleksi administrasi (pemeriksaan kesesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan dan kelengkapan berkas sesuai persyaratan). Bagi peserta yang dinyatakan memenuhi persyaratan seleksi administrasi berhak mengikuti ujian tertulis dan akan dipanggil melalui website BSN untuk mengambil Tanda Peserta Ujian.

b. Tanda Peserta Seleksi Ujian Terulis diambil sendiri oleh calon peserta (tidak dapat diwakilkan) dengan membawa dokumen asli berupa: ijazah, TOEFL, transkrip nilai dan dokumen lain sesuai persyaratan yang ditentukan untuk diperlihatkan kepada panitia.

E. Pengumuman Hasil Seleksi dan Lokasi Ujian

Hanya pelamar yang memenuhi seluruh ketentuan (Butir B dan C) yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian.
Apabila jumlah peserta yang memenuhi ketentuan melebihi jumlah peserta ujian yang ditentukan. Panitia memberlakukan sistem ranking berdasarkan nilai IPK bagi sarjana /Diploma III.
Nama peserta ujian, tanggal dan lokasi ujian dan panggilan mengikuti ujian akan diumumkan melalui website BSN
Tanda peserta seleksi diambil sendiri oleh peserta dikantor BSN.
Pelaksanaan ujian tertulis akan kami beritahukan kemudian
Nama peserta yang lulus tiap tahapan ujian akan diumumkan melalui website BSN.
F. Lain-lain.

Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BSN TIDAK DIPUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN.
Surat lamaran yang dikirim kepada BSN sebelum pengumuman ini tidak berlaku (lihat butir C.1a)
Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus menjadi CPNS BSN wajib menyerahkan Surat Keterangan Bebas Pemakaian Narkoba dari dokter kepada Panitia waktu pemberkasan.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Head/Manager of Student Affairs in a university
• Excellent proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Good experience in establishing and promoting Alumni Center
• Good experience in establishing and promoting Student Creativity Center
• Good experience in establishing and promoting Character Building program, Counseling, and Career Center
• Good Experience in establishing new relationship with external parties (including partners e.g. other universities, external customers e.g. high schools or Pemda, public, sponsor, donor) as well as manage and improve the existing relationships.
• Able to become the ambassador of the SSE (including managing PR and Internal Communication activities)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill particularly on negotiation skill
• Extrovert, creative, out-of-the-box thinking

6. Head of ICT Department (HI-SSE)

Requirements :

• At least Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree in area of IT / ICT / Computer Science / Electronics (majoring IT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Head/Manager of ICT organization unit
• Excellent knowledge, skill and hands-on experience of developing and implementing IT Architecture, IT Strategy, IT Infrastructure, IT Security and required IT Software particularly on those related to internet, data transfer, on-line application, video conferencing, etc
• Creative, proactive, out-of-the-box thinking and always updated with the latest update in ICT world
• Compliance to the IT policy and procedure (particularly on IT Security)
• Strong integrity (able to manage highly confidential data)
• Experience with organization data back-up and DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning)
• Excellent English skill, both spoken and written
• Good network with ICT practioner and expert both local and overseas.

7. ICT Officer (OI-SSE)

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in area of IT / ICT / Computer Science / Electronics (majoring IT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Officer.
• Good Experience in LAN infrastructure, operating systems, data base applications, computer programming language.
• Good English skill both spoken and written
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
• Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage

8. ICT Staff (SI-SSE)

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in area of IT / ICT / Computer Science / Electronics (majoring IT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Staff
• Good Experience in LAN infrastructure and operating systems
• Good English skill both spoken and written
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
• Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage
